2011 INDIVIDUAL CLASSES

750 - 900 - 1100 LB. OFF THE LAWN CLASSES:
1. Horsepower limits: 750 lb/l0 Hp - 900 lb/14 Hp - 1100 lb/20 Hp Multiple Hp. Rated engines go to highest
    Hp limit. Hydrostatics may run over 2 Hp in 750/900, not to exceed 12 Hp in 750 lb/16 Hp in 900 lb classes.
2. Stock off lawn engines or unaltered engine components. No more than 4000 RPM max. Must have stock sheet
    metal with no frame changes/alterations except for exhaust pipe cutout. Narrow frame Cub 147 modification ok.
3. Kohlers only: 18 HP Cam/OEM and shaved heads allowed. Must run stock head gaskets. Rod machined to accept
    bearing insert and stock fuel pumps. Stock points or electronic ignition allowed if it came with specific model.
    No after market coils, pistons or connecting rod. Steel flywheels are allowed. Wheelie bars required in all classes.
4. Must have garden tractor transaxle or garden tractor transmission and rear end.
5. Must have choke plates in carburetor and no velocity stacks. Exhaust, if not stock, must be vertical.
6. Turf tires only, 26x12xl2 inches wide max/No cutting or re-grooving. Pump gas only, no alcohol or additives.
7. Hand or foot operated dead man throttle recommended. Approved helmet required in all off lawn classes.

950 LB. STOCK ALTERED CLASS:
1. Commercial garden tractor engine, single cylinder flathead. 14 Hp. 32 cubic inch. 14 Hp. single
    cylinder block at .030 clean up bore or less open RPM.
2. Stock crankshaft stroke, Piston must be flush or below top deck of block. Camshaft spec maximum lift
    .330 with lash, maximum valve size 1.380. Porting and polishing is legal. Engine modifications are allowed.
3. Billet head or alterations to combustion chamber are acceptable. Steel flywheels and hand foot operated dead-man throttle
  are mandatory. Exhaust pipes must be vertical. Sheet metal may be trimmed to accept exhaust pipe.
4. Garden tractor must have stock engine block, frame and sheet metal per OEM. Must be stock wheelbase.
    No cutting of frame and sheet metal is allowed, except Cubs only: Narrow frame Cub 147 modification ok.
5. Must have garden tractor transaxle or garden tractor transmission and rear end. Functional kill switch required.
6. Choke plate and shaft may be removed. Carburetor can be mounted to engine with no more than one inch spacer directly
    to intake. Kohler type naturally aspirated carburetor with one-inch venturi. No recast carburetor. Velocity stacks are legal.
7. Tire size 26 X 12 X 12, turf or bar grip. No cepek, lawn techs or pit bull tires.
8. Fuel gas only (no alcohol or nitrous/no form of nitro methane). Wheelie bars and functional kill switch required.
9. Approved helmet and functional fire extinguisher required. Fire suits and gloves optional but recommended.

1050 LB. STOCK ALTERED CLASS:
1. Single cylinder four cycle flathead engines only, 36.500 cubic inch limit/no tolerance. Fuel/gasoline only.
2. Engines must be Kohler/Wisconsin/Tecumseh/Briggs. Must be factory productions or OEM replacement
      with factory deck height. Engine blocks must have OEM stock appearance. No after market blocks allowed.
3. Stock head bolt pattern=>stock head gasket must fit over studs/bolts. Stock head bolt location/head bolt size.
4. Maximum crankshaft stroke 3.25 inch /0.010 inch measuring tolerance, not exceeding cubic inch limit.
     Maximum engine bore 3.780 inch /0.010 inch measuring tolerance, not exceeding cubic inch limit.
5/6. Max engine valve size 1.380 inch /0.001 inch measuring tolerance. Max engine valve lift .330 inch/0.003 inch
      measuring tolerance. Maximum carburetor round shape venturi size 1.00 inch, no air entering
      after 1.00-inch restriction. /0.001-inch measuring tolerance.
7. Stock appearing Kohler type carburetor must be mounted to the engine with no more than 1-inch spacer.
      No reverse port engines allowed, carburetor must go to the original intake port.
8. No external welding or external modifications allowed. All thread through finned area is acceptable. Welding
      permitted in crankcase area of the block for repair. Billet heads, head restraint, porting and polishing allowed.
9. Must be stock garden tractor frames maintaining factory length, hood and grill. No cutting of frame and sheet metal
      is allowed, except Cubs only: Narrow frame Cub 147 modification ok. May trim sheet metal to accept exhaust pipe.
10. Must have garden tractor rear ends with garden tractor transaxle or garden tractor transmission and rear end.
      Maximum wheelbase 56 inches.
11. Top placing tractors will be checked for, but not limited to: Fuel, bore, stroke, carburetor size, valve lift and size
      and deck height. Formula for cubic inch is measured bore x measured bore x measured stoke x .785 = cubic inch.
      All bores measured 90 degrees from thrust side.     Wheelie bars and functional kill switch required.
12. Approved helmet and functional fire extinguisher required.   Fire suits and gloves optional but recommended.

INDIVIDUAL CLASSES CONTINUED (Page 2)

1100 LB. DIESEL CLASS: (Can Be Run Or Merged With Off Lawn Classes)
1. Any diesel engine less than 50 cubic inch, one turbo. More than 51 cubic inch, no turbo.
   Maximum cubic inch 60, with 56-inch wheelbase. Fuel - diesel only. No propane or water injection.
2. Drive train may be automotive or garden tractor with tube frame. Exhaust must be vertical.
3. Tire size 26 x 12 x 12 cepek, pit bull or lawn tech.
4. Sheet metal must be garden tractor appearing. Must have steel or aluminum flywheel with safety shields.
5. One turbo only on 50 cubic inch/shielded 360 degrees with 0.060-inch thick steel. In exhaust after turbo
    2 ¼ inch grade 5 bolts, no farther than one inch apart and 90 degrees from each other to form cross pattern.
6. Wheelie bars and functional kill switch with snuffer to kill air intake.
7. Approved helmet and functional fire extinguisher required. Fire suit and gloves recommended but optional.

1050 LB. PRO/SUPER STOCK CLASSES:
1. 50.5 cubic inch, single cylinder naturally aspirated, on gas or alcohol fuel only, Any number of carburetors
    or fuel injection is legal. No nitrous. All forms of nitro methane are illegal.
2. Garden tractor or commercial reproduced block. Garden tractor appearing sheet metal.
    Must use aluminum or steel flywheels with safety shields.
3. Tire size 26 X 12 X 12, turf or bar grip.
4. Wheelie bars and functional kill switch required.
5. Approved higher safety rated helmet, fire suit, gloves and functional fire extinguisher required.

1050 LB. SPORT STOCK:
                                                CHASSIS RULES/FLAT HEAD ENGINES
1. One cylinder, flat head, air-cooled, naturally aspirated, four cycle engine - no after market blocks.
    Engine block, transaxle, and chassis must be OEM available in commercial garden tractor.
2. Engine components must remain in original position. Original measurement from center of crankshaft to
    top deck of block and stock crankshaft stroke must be maintained. Maximum total engine displacement:
    For single cylinder is 37.5. (Bore size is 3.825, stroke is 3.25).
3. Stock appearing carburetor per engine manufacturer. Maximum air restricting venturi limit: 1.200.
    Air flow must be controlled by throttle shaft actuated butterfly in stock location. No air may enter
    intake port after 1.200 restrictions.
4. Stock garden tractor chassis with maximum wheelbase of 56 inches required. Any chassis having a stock
    wheelbase of 56 inches or longer must retain stock wheelbase. Must have garden tractor transaxle or
    garden tractor transmission and rear end. All engine and tractor components must be shielded.
5. Billet steel or aluminum flywheel and/or start pulley required.
6. Maximum distance from center of rear axle to farthest point forward - 96 inches.
7. Tractor must have a stock appearing hood and grill/nose piece.
    Switching to another factory sheet metal is permissible.
8. Gasoline or alcohol fuel only. All forms of nitro methane fuels are illegal.
9. Maximum tire size: 26 X 12 X 12.
10. Wheelie bars and functional kill switch required.
11. Approved higher safety rated helmet, fire suit, gloves and functional fire extinguisher required.

                                                CHASSIS RULES/ALL OHV ENGINES
1. One cylinder naturally aspirated, cast block engine. Engine must be available in an OEM
     production garden tractor. Must retain stock cylinder head and valves for engine configuration and
     horsepower rating. Maximum cylinder bore size: .030 over manufacturer's standard specification.
2. Stock crankshaft stroke must be maintained. Piston travel must be flush or below deck of block.
3. Max total engine displacement: 38.5 cubic inches.
4. All other chassis, engine, and safety rules must be followed.

INDIVIDUAL CLASSES CONTINUED (Page 3)

1100 AND 1200 LB. OPEN/UNLIMITED CLASSES:
1. Must be garden tractor appearing with fenders. Hood and grill optional. Snowmobile engines must have silencers.
2. Outside size no wider than 6 foot/no longer than 8 foot including weights from center rear axle to front of tractor.
3. Any number of naturally aspirated motorcycle, snowmobile, automotive, diesel (one turbo) or garden tractor
    engines may be used. May use no more than 4 cylinders, 1500 cc maximum except 800 cc in 1100 lb. class.
4. Approved fuel can be gasoline, diesel fuel, or methanol alcohol. All forms of nitro methane fuels are illegal.
5. Any type of transmission can be used. Reverse gear is not required. May use any type of carburetor.
6. Floater axles are recommended but not mandatory at this time. Fenders must cover at least top 1/3 of tire
     and be at least 4 inches wide. Fender must be capable of holding tire in case of axle or wheel breakage.
7. Tire size 26 X 12 X 12 bar grip. May run 84 inch circumference tire on blacktop. Professional pulling tires ok.
8. Wheelie bars and functional kill switch required.
9. Approved higher safety rated helmet, fire suit, gloves and functional fire extinguisher required.

1400 LB. UNLIMITED OUTLAW:
1. Any type/multiple engines allowed. No cubic centimeter or cubic inch limit. Optional garden tractor appearing sheet metal.
2. Maximum width 60 inches and no more than 8 foot from center of rear axle to front of tractor including weights.
3. May use steel or aluminum flywheels with any type or number of carburetors. Exhaust must be straight up.
4. Fuel may be gas or alcohol, no nitrous. All forms of nitro methane are illegal.
5. Shielding: Harmonic balancers, belts and fans must be covered 360 degrees with 1/8-inch steel
      or ¼-inch aluminum. Use engine shields, from front to back, with 1/8-inch steel or 1/4 inch aluminum.
6. Automatic transmissions, drive shaft hoops, and clutch bell housings, Use Sema
      approved blanket or shielded with 1/8 inch steel or 1/4 inch aluminum.
7. Tire size 26 X 12 X 12 bar grip. May run 84 inch circumference tire on blacktop. Professional pulling tires ok.
8. Roll bars/cage mandatory .090 thick and minimum 4 strap harness required. Wheelie bars and functional kill switch required.
9. Approved higher safety rated helmet, fire suit, gloves and functional fire extinguisher required.

1750 LB. ECONOMY V8 MINI ROD CLASS :
1. Any engine with less than 370 cubic inch. Garden tractor appearing sheet metal is optional.
2. One carburetor only. Exhaust must be straight up. Fuel must be gas only, no alcohol or nitrous.
3. Outside size no wider than 6 foot and no longer than 8 foot including weights from center of rear axle to front
     of tractor. Must have fenders. Two front and two rear engine mounts and one transmission mount.
4. Shielding: Harmonic balancers, belts and fans must be covered 360 degrees with 1/8 inch steel or
     ¼-inch aluminum. Engine shields, from front to back, with 1/8 inch steel or ¼ inch aluminum.
5. Automatic transmissions, drive shaft hoops, and clutch bell housings. Use Sema approved blanket or shielded
     with 1/8-inch steel or ¼ inch aluminum.                 Mini Rods must have back up lights.
6. Tire size: 15 X 15.5 X 31. Can use any brand of tires.     Wheelie bars and functional kill switch required.
7. Roll bars/cage mandatory .090 thick with competition seat with lap belt or safety harness required.
8. Approved higher safety rated helmet, fire suit, gloves and functional fire extinguisher required.

1900 LB. V8 MINI ROD CLASS:
1. 8 cylinders, naturally aspirated, up to 510 cubic inch. Garden tractor appearing sheet metal is optional.
2. May use steel or aluminum flywheels with any type or number of carburetors. Exhaust must be straight up.
3. Fuel may be gas or alcohol, no nitrous. All forms of nitro methane are illegal.
4. Outside size no wider than 6 foot and no longer than 8 foot including weights from center of rear axle to front
      of tractor. Tractor must have fenders. Two front and two rear engine mounts and one transmission mount.
5. Shielding: Harmonic balancers, belts and fans must be covered 360 degrees with 1/8-inch steel
      or ¼-inch aluminum. Use engine shields, from front to back, with 1/8-inch steel or 1/4 inch aluminum.
6. Automatic transmissions, drive shaft hoops, and clutch bell housings, Use Sema approved blanket
      or shielded with 1/8 inch steel or 1/4 inch aluminum.                Mini Rods must have back up lights.
7. Tire size no larger than 15 X 18.4 X 34.           Wheelie bars and functional kill switch required.
